1) How long do Sakura Micron pens last?
A) Most of our Pigma?products can?last?longer than the 24 months (with the exception of running out of ink or damage to the nib)
2) Are Micron pens permanent?
A) Sakura Pigma Micron?Black?Pen features 03 nibs that do not dry out.?Pen?has waterproof, quick drying pigmented inks that will not bleed through the thinnest of papers or fabrics. Ink once dried is?permanent, fade resistant and smear proof even under sun light or UV light.
3) Are Micron pens water soluble?
A) All Micron pens?have archival quality Pigma ink, are non-smearing when dry, waterproof and chemical proof, fade resistant, and don’t bleed through most papers. Pigma?Micron pens?were the first?water–based?pigment ink in the consumer market in 1982! …?Water?Resistant.
3) Are Micron pens lightfast?
A) Colored inks are not usually considered very lightfast?some colors being more prone to fading than others, but with the black inks as long as they are carbon based they are considered?light fast?like India Ink and will not fade in sun light. So?pens?like Pigma Microns and the Pit?Pens?are considered archival.
