I had purchased Ayush paper A4 sized notepad and got an A5 sized notebook too.
Got this parcel today and the packaging was really nice. The 2 diaries were enclosed in translucent butter paper (not sure this is the right term) envelopes and they were accompanied by a hand-written personalized note by Ayush Surana Ji.
I got down to trying this paper using the two beastly nibs that I have (absolutely no mercy); the A5 pad with my MB 149 Broad nib pen (inked with Sheaffer Blue) and the Pierre Cardin President fitted with Kanwrite BB Oblique nib, dipped and not inked with Sindhoor RC Series Krishna Inks.
The results were amazing. The A5 paper worked like a charm, feeeeeble ghosting and I can abso. live with it, considering how cost effective this option is. The A4 had comparatively more ghosting..but might be due to the fact that it’s the last page and the support page was the hard back-cover. I then tried writing with the same pen on the first page and there was still some minor ghosting. That led me to believe perhaps the issue is with the nib..it’s a BB after all. So I decided to try this nib on the A5 sheet too and pleasantly, we are back to that feeeeeble ghosting..almost not noticeable..even with a BB nib which is all wet with ink. I think I am settled for my paper needs until unless I find a pen with even more wet juicy nibbed pen but I am sure..they will come out with more suitable paper by then and this will be a suitable paper for my EDC pens?? I am going to have many more orders from this website ?

Paper review : AYUSH paper
Firstly, I would like to thank Mr. Ayush Surana for the awesome parcel. The packaging was absolutely flawless. I had hardly seen such a neat courier package without any damage in recent times.
Moreover, I had received a personalized letter from Mr. Ayush which was like a cherry on top of the cake ! Honestly, I wasn’t expecting this much. Thank you, once again !
Now, coming to the actual paper review, it’s STUNNING !! it’s SUPERB boss !! Not a single feathering / bleeding / ghosting / smudging / not even seen through. All my pens used for this review – were wet, juicy and filled with wet inks – haven’t seen any adverse behavior anywhere. Going forward, I will try this paper with other inks as well but I am confident, it’s not gonna put me down. No impression of ink at the opposite side of the page and an absolute pleasure to write with. Though, the papers are not velvet smooth – we get a feel while writing, but it’s a true fountain pen friendly paper in my honest opinion.
Guys, I think we all should try. This is a 100 gsm paper. I would also like to thank my friend Dr. Gautham Narayan who praised a lot about Ayush. And yes bro, you are absolutely correct, once again.

P.S: This is the best Indian fountain pen friendly paper I have ever come across in recent times, personally. I think other esteemed fountain pen enthusiasts here would have said the same thing about AYUSH : a truly fountain pen friendly paper. Hence no need of stating anything more in this regard.

A very good quality paper for fountain pens. I have tested with camlin, bril, waterman and pelikan 4001 inks with different nib (ef to m) combinatiions. Writing is a joy however, i find this on costly side.

Great fountain pen friendly paper. I had bought a couple of A4 notebooks, and I have tried 30+ inks on it by now, and can report that none of them have feathered or spread on this paper. This is despite using pens which so wet they are closer to fire-hoses and also very wide nibs (including a 1.9 stub). Since it is 100 GSM, bleed through or ghosting is not a concern.
The paper has more texture than rhodia or TR 52/68 paper and hence it is especially pleasurable to use with smooth or broad nibs; you get nice traction for a controlled hand. thee texture is pleasant and not offputting
there is good shading with this paper; and sheening inks show up sheen very well – less than TR52 but more than Rhodia and about par or slightly better or worse than TR68, depending on the ink. if the ink sheens and you are using a wet pen, it will certainly show up.
Dry times are pretty fast. Which is surprising for a paper which supports sheening.
My only advice to the makers was to have a relook at their dot grid notebooks (the ruled one is fine). the dot grid notebook was not very usable as I bought it because the dots were too big and dark and interfered with the writing. Ayush took the feedback very positively and I believe they are working on lighter dots (like in Rhodia, Endless or Muji FP friendly notebooks).
If you use fountain pens and want to get the most out of our shading or sheening inks (or generally to enjoy the feel of a nib on good paper), I’d heartily recommend this brand.

Ayush paper is best when it comes to fountain pen use. I have not seen any feathering, bleed-thru/ghosting with any of my pens, inks while using this paper. I am amazed how well this paper handles inks. Kudos.

The 100 gsm paper is quite fountain pen friendly. I use this paper for my correspondence. I also have a hardbound notebook in size B5.
This paper provides adequate traction for nib control and showcases the properties of the ink quite accurately.

I first come to know about Ayush in Facebook. I am looking for a note book, which don’t have any fathering or ghosting. Earlier I tried many. But not yet satisfied me.
But these Ayush Notebook have something different from the others. Excellent pages. No ghosing no fethering, absolutely brilliant Fountain pen friendly paper . Prices are daam good too. Economical I would rather say these. Paying for high end brand, it would be better to buy Ayush Notebook and Note pads.

I had an excellent experience with Ayush Papers from the get go. Bought an A5(250 paged 100GSM ruled) and a B5(100 paged 100 GSM dotted) notebook from them and found out that the quality and value they offer for the cost is unparalleled.
The thing I loved the most is the feedback that the paper gives while writing with a fountain pen and also the shade of the paper is quite lovely(not bright white nor dull yellowish). Also, they handle wet nibs really well while providing great shining and shimmering qualities of the inks.
